El Afilador's products are made in the traditional way, by the third generation of a Galician family dedicated to the production of their country's traditional liqueurs. El Afilador Aguardiente de Orujo has been El Afilador's emblem since 1943, when they became the first Company in Spain to sell bottled eau-de-vie.
