About Agricolo Prosecco Extra Dry M.M

Agricolo Prosecco Extra Dry M.M is a sparkling wine made by Vallis Marenis in the DOC Prosecco, in Veneto (Italy) with the Glera variety.

Vallis Marenis is a project run by a group of friends and is one of the most iconic wineries in Treviso, Veneto. They are particularly well-known for their production of prosecco, this region’s famous product. They produce a sparkling wine with a simple and pleasant spirit made from a rigorous selection of grapes from the Treviso hills.

Agricolo Prosecco Extra Dry M.M comes from vineyards located on the slopes of the first Dolomite foothills, in the northern part of the province of Treviso. The vines are organically cultivated without the use of chemicals and harvested at the optimum point of ripeness.

Made using the charmat method, Agricolo Prosecco Extra Dry M.M undergoes a first fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20ºC in stainless steel tanks and a second fermentation in large closed containers at 12-14ºC.

Made entirely with Glera, Veneto’s star variety, Agricolo Prosecco Extra Dry M.M is a traditional sparkling wine that is versatile and therefore the perfect bottle to open for any occasion.
