About Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosat

Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosat is a rose wine from Penedès produced by Albet i Noya, a winery founded in 1979 which pioneered organic wine production in Spain.

The climate in the Penedes is warm and soft, Mediterranean in nature, characterized by record long hot summers and cold, dry winters. This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Syrah.
The vineyards are over 10 years old and are planted on soils poor in organic matter with a high clay, sand and limestone content.
As for the process, maceration is performed for 24 hours with the skins after stripping. Subsequently, fermentation and aging for 5 months in vats is completed. After maturing, the wine proceeds to a light filtration and cold stabilization before bottling. 

Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosat is an ecological rose wine that can be enjoyed over 12 months as it gains complexity, reliability and minerality.

2022

Albet i Noya Curiosa Rosat 2022 is an enchanting fruity rosé that captivates with its youthful vigour and delicately pale hue. Upon olfaction, it unfurls scents of fresh strawberries and cherries, beckoning one to indulge in an initial taste. On the palate, its lightness and vivacity are pronounced, delivering a harmonious fruity profile that beguiles with every drop. It is the quintessential choice for those in pursuit of an uncomplicated rosé that embodies the pure essence of red fruit.

In the mouth it is very fresh, tasty and intense. Light and silky with an integrated, aromatic and refreshing acidity. Long finish.



Strawberry red with slight bluish tones. Very clean and bright.



The nose is clean, direct and intense. It is expressive in red fruit together with sweet and creamy nuances, with hints of pastries and jellies, accompanied by fine floral notes.
2012 Very fresh, tasty and intense wine. Light and silky on the palate with a direct, aromatic and very refreshing acidity, well-integrated. Long finish with medium persistence.

Intense and bright strawberry colour with slightly bluish tones. Very clean and very bright.

Clean, direct and intense nose. Expressive, juicy, fresh red fruit with sweet, creamy touches, and hints of patisserie and sweets. Fine floral notes of rose petals complete this deliciously fruity set.
2011 Very fresh, tasty and intense wine with a very light and silky attack. Its abundant notes of fleshy fruit are wrapped in creamy aromas. Its perfect acidity provides it with freshness. Good finish. A very nice easy-drinking wine by Albet i Noya with very frank notes of fruit.

2010 Fresh and fruity wine with intense notes of fleshy and creamy red fruit. Silky and light texture. Very fresh wine with a good finish that leaves mellow sensations. A very nice and easy-drinking wine.

Nice and intense strawberry colour with delicate pink reflections. Very bright.

Its intense aromas are dominated by the notes of juicy red fruit which are released along with the sweet notes of pastry and cream. Some candied hints are also felt along with light floral notes.
