With Anselmo Mendes, the great winemaker of the Lusitanian country, known for his innovative spirit, we are introduced to a delicious, fresh, and elegant sparkling wine, ideal for delving into the craftsmanship of Portuguese vineyards.

Anselmo Mendes Muros Antigos Espumante BN is made from the indigenous albariño grape variety. The grapes are carefully cultivated to reflect the terroir of the Vinho Verde region (Portugal). Once in the winery, the selected grapes are whole-pressed, and the obtained must ferments in stainless steel tanks at an approximate temperature of 16°C for 20 days. Afterwards, it undergoes a period of aging on fine lees and then a second fermentation in the bottle using the champenoise method, during which the wine becomes sparkling and develops unique characteristics. Finally, the disgorgement is carried out without adding any dosage.
