Its freshness is complemented by a subtle herbal nuance that adds complexity. This wine, originating from a warm region, displays good concentration and an alcohol level that highlights its character. Each sip reveals a balance between the maturity of its flavours and the liveliness that makes it exceptionally enjoyable.

About Atlan & Artisan 8 Vents

Atlan & Artisan 8 Vents is a red wine from the V.T. Mallora produced by the Atlan & Artisan winery. This wine is a blend of four different grape varieties: merlot, cabernet sauvignon, manto negro and callet.

Characterised by a wide variety of microclimates thanks to the inevitable influence of the Mediterranean Sea and the winds that hit the island, Mallorca boasts a long viticultural heritage which it is rebuilding slowly but shortly.

The grapes, which reflect the characteristics of the regions climate, are destemmed on arrival at the winery and are left to cold macerate. The must obtained then ferments in open tanks at controlled temperatures. Finally, Atlan & Artisan 8 Vents ages for 16 months in French oak barrels.

The Atlan & Artisan project was founded by Sebastian Keller and Philippe Bramaz, both of whom boast vast experience in the industry. Mallorca and Murcia are the Spanish regions where the winery currently produces its products.
