It is with these components that Lorenzo Piccione de Pianogrillo, a viticulturist renowned for his sustainable approach to olive oil and wine production in Sicily, crafts his sparkling rosé, Baroni Di Pianogrillo Cecilia Terre Siciliane.

From his 7 hectares of vineyards integrated within the IGT Terre Siciliane, Baroni Di Pianogrillo Cecilia Terre Siciliane is produced from indigenous frappato grapes. Vines planted on clayey-sandy and calcareous soil, characterized by a significant presence of white marl. Organic farming practices are employed, and the environment is respected to the utmost. Once in the winery, the wine is vinified according to the ancestral method. This ancient winemaking technique involves allowing the wine to complete its fermentation in the bottle, naturally capturing the bubbles produced during this process.
