Nestled in the hills just outside Bassano del Grappa, in the municipality of Mussolente, lie the five hectares cultivated by this company. All of them, situated between 150 and 200 metres above sea level, are farmed organically, thereby preserving the terroir where these wines originate on ferruginous clay soils filled with flint. Regarding production, throughout the entire process, both before and after fermentation, Calalta Onbrìa will be aged in stainless steel tanks where it will rest for approximately nine months.
