About Can Rich Bes

Between Ibiza and Formentera beats a verdant and azure heart: the Ses Salines Natural Park. A mosaic of biodiversity where land merges with sea, flamingos rest during their migratory journey, and the salt-producing history of the Pitiusas (as these two islands are known) remains alive amidst crystalline waters and fields gilded by the sun. This area, declared of international ecological interest, is much more than a landscape: it is life in balance.

In this privileged location, Can Rich, a pioneering project in organic viticulture in Ibiza, decided to take a further step. In 2007, it expanded its commitment to the land by planting 4 hectares of organic vineyard and 3,000 olive trees, integrating with respect and sensitivity into this unique natural environment.

From that respect emerges Can Rich Bes, a wine crafted entirely from monastrell grapes, cultivated on trellises and hand-harvested under the August sun. The process is as delicate as the place that hosts it: after a gentle pressing, the free-run juice ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, preserving its freshness, character… and its Mediterranean soul.

The result is an organic wine, authentic and profoundly of VT Ibiza, paying homage to its origin and those who nurture it. In Can Rich Bes there is countryside, there is sun, there is salt… and there is history.
