About Casa Belfi Rosso Naturalmente Frizzante

Casa Belfi Rosso Naturalmente Frizzante is a sparkling wine made by Casa Belfi with the native Raboso variety in Veneto (Italy).  
 
Located in San Polo di Pieve (Veneto) in the province of Treviso, Casa Belfi is a family winery founded in 1999 by Maurizio and his wife Fabiola. An organic project that takes low yields per plant and little interventionist work in the winery as its starting point to achieve natural, expressive and very vital wines. 
 
Casa Belfi Rosso Naturalmente Frizzante comes from vineyards planted on a flat area of gravelly limestone soil 100 meters above sea level. The cultivation is meticulously artisanal, without the use of systematic pesticides, chemicals or technology. In substitution, Effective Microorganisms are used to maintain the right balance at the microbiological level. 
 
In the winery, the grapes of Casa Belfi Rosso Naturalmente Frizzante ferment spontaneously without temperature controls in stainless steel tanks and vinification in the bottle is finished in a natural way before the process is completed. As it isn’t filtered or clarified, the residual yeasts remain in the bottle making it cloudy.
 
The result of 100% respectful work, Casa Belfi Rosso Naturalmente Frizzante is a natural sparkling wine with a contemporary style and a strong territorial identity.
