Castell del Remei Gotim Blanc is a white wine from the Costers del Segre region. It is produced by Castell del Remei and is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Macabeo.

The harvest and winemaking of Castell del Remei Gotim Blanc follows traditional methods.

Fermentation takes place in stainless Steel tanks at a constant temperature of 18ºC.

Castell del Remei boasts the complexity of several building which one would find in the winery, a castle, a shrine dedicated to the Virgen Remei or a restaurant.

2022

Castell del Remei Gotim Blanc 2022 beckons us to revel in its youthfulness and vivacity. Olfactorily, a symphony of scents emerges where the salinity melds with the sweetness of pineapple and mango, augmented by delicate floral nuances and the crispness of green apple and fig leaves. On the palate, its ethereal body cools and refreshes, presenting a distinct and articulate profile that renders each sip a straightforward pleasure to savor and appreciate.

Castell del Remei Gotim Blanc 2021 is an invigorating and exotic white wine. Olfactorily, it is highly expressive, emitting scents of tropical fruits (pineapple, passion fruit) and temperate fruits (pear, green apple), fresh herbs, and stone fruits. On the palate, it is refreshingly harmonious with a well-balanced acidity. It culminates in a lingering finish.

2013 This white wine is fresh and very enjoyable with good attack. Very pleasant on the palate marked by a great aromatic, refreshing and defined acidity bringing life and freshness to the wine. Slightly bitter finish of the perfect persistence.
