There are those who follow pre-established paths, and there are those who chart their own course from a young age. Isacco Costamagna belongs to this latter category. Since planting his first vines in La Morra while still a student, his passion for nebbiolo has guided every decision, every harvest, every fermentation.

From this passion emerges Castrum Roche Di Costamagna Langhe Rosato. The nebbiolo grapes that nourish it grow like in a natural amphitheatre, open to the east and southeast, receiving light that imparts balance and purity. Isacco knows every cluster, every leaf, and this is reflected in his method of working: gentle destemming and crushing, twelve hours of maceration with the skins to capture aroma and colour, delicate pressing, and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. Its brief ageing of 3 months preserves the vineyard's freshness and authenticity, without artifice.

The result is Castrum Roche Di Costamagna Langhe Rosato, a vibrant, fresh rosé full of layers, a wine that speaks of its land and its caretaker. From the youthful yet perceptive gaze of Isacco, who understands that each grape carries within it both history and future.
