About Cims de Porrera Clàssic

Cims de Porrera Clàssic Cariñena is a red wine from D.O. Priorat made with grapes of the Carignan variety from vineyards between 40 and 100 years old situated at an altitude of 350 to 500 metres. In 2004 it was separated from its brother `Classic Garnacha´ and stopped being one alone.
2011 Cims de Porrera Clàssic 2011 is a powerful, intense and mineral red wine. This vintage stands out for its structure in the mouth and a great fruity expression, with aromas of ripe red fruit, subtle notes of spices and a mineral background. A classic wine from Priorat.
2006 Cims de Porrera is a well-bodied wine with a fresh and very wide attack and a silky and intense mid palate plenty of black fruit and balanced mineral notes, chocolate and good smoked aromas provided by the wood which form a set of suggestive flavours. Rounded tannins. Very long and persistent finish. A pleasure!

Intense cherry colour, with violet edges. High robe. Dense and slow legs that stain the glass.

Powerful and complex aromas. Its notes of ripe black fruit emerge along with good notes of wood, such as chocolate, spices (liquorice, coffee, vanilla) and nice balsamic touches, hints of the understory and mineral aromas which achieve a very harmonious and elegant bouquet.
2005 The entry is fresh and gently warms the mouth, scattering notes of ripe black fruit. Mineralesy also appear spices, chocolate, coffee candy ... The tannins are very ripe, and the final balance.

Priorat red wine with a very deep red color.

The nose is fresh with notes of red fruits that are mixed with cocoa and some touches of citrus. They also appear spices and minerals.
