This is evident in Claus Preisinger Kieselstein Zweigelt , a red wine made from the native zweigelt grape, sourced from vines planted in limestone soils and cultivated according to biodynamic principles. In the winery, no additives are introduced, and whole clusters spontaneously ferment in stainless steel vats. Subsequently, the wine matures for 8 months in previously used barrels before bottling.
