About Dibon Brut Rosé

The Penedès wine region is full of vineyards and wineries. However, not many wineries are located in the region’s capital. Bodegas Pinord is one of them, a family project with a long winemaking tradition that currently stands next to the railway station in Vilafranca del Penedès and has facilities able to produce more than five million bottles a year, but always maintaining the same quality.

Dibon Brut Rosé is one of Pinord’s most successful sparkling wines. An exclusive rosé cava made from Garnacha grapes grown in their own vineyards close to the winery. Grape fermentation and maceration take place for three weeks at a controlled temperature and the wine stays in the cellar for more than 12 months to undergo a second fermentation in the bottle. Finally, the disgorging and dosage takes place and the expedition liqueur is added. The result is a very versatile sparkling rosé wine that can be enjoyed at any moment thanks to its fruitiness and its aging.
