About Dievole Campinovi Bianco Toscana

When nature, history and culture work together in harmony, it creates a little slice of heaven. Dievole, an area between Siena and Florence, has a typically Tuscan landscape in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. With a name that means “God willing”, here the dialogue between nature and man has never stopped and work is carried out in the most respectful way to keep this magical place intact and create fresh, intense and tasty wines.

This is the context, rich in history and ancient traditions, that Dievole Campinovi Bianco Toscana is produced. A white wine made from Trebbiano and Malvasía grapes in vineyards lying at an altitude of 300 metres above sea level. The vines have an average age of 15 years and are planted on silty-sandy soil rich in gravel and grown under organic certification. In the winery, fermentation is spontaneous and temperature controlled in concrete tanks with native yeasts. The wine then ages in large French oak barrels for 12 months and finally it spends 3 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

The result is Dievole Campinovi Bianco Toscana, a complex, aromatic and tasty wine. An intriguing white from the IGT Toscana Bianco that expresses the best of a unique landscape.

 

2020

Dievole Campinovi Bianco Toscana 2020 is a creamy white wine with aromas of white flowers, ripe apple notes and hints of chamomile. On the palate it is elegant, unctuous and complex. A full-bodied wine with marked acidity and a long, flavoursome finish.
