Domaine de Chaude écuelle Chablis is a single-variety Chardonnay white wine produced by Domaine de Chaude écuelle in the A.O.C. Chablis, in Burgundy, France.

The grapes used to make the Domaine de Chaude écuelle Chablis wine come from plots with vines aged around 40 years old. These vineyards have soils made up of kimmeridgian limestone loams and lie on slopes with varied exposure.

When they reach the winery, the clusters ferment in temperature-controlled tanks. The resulting wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages on its fine lees for around ten months.

This Domaine de Chaude écuelle Chablis Chardonnay is a wine that completely honestly reflects the variety’s characteristics and is the perfect introduction to Burgundy white wines.
