Since 1942, the Rolet family has adeptly combined hard work, dedication, and respect for the terroir, and today this legacy continues under the stewardship of the Flambert and Dupuis families, balancing tradition and modernity with an exquisite sensitivity to organic vineyards and the most unique plots of Montigny-lès-Arsures.

Domaine Rolet Arbois Poulsard Vielles Vignes is a red wine derived from old vines of poulsard, planted on clayey silt that overlays the soils of “terre du Lias” (a term referring to calcareous and marl soils from the Jurassic period). This red wine embodies the pure character of the variety: its thin skin gives rise to a light and elegant wine, with aromas of fresh red berries, rose petals, and a subtle hint of spice. The fermentation with natural yeasts and the ageing in vats for 12 months preserve the fruit's integrity, resulting in a medium-bodied, fresh and perfectly balanced red wine, poised to delight from the very first sip.
