Domaine Rolet, established in 1942 and regarded as an emblem of Jura (France), has made precision and authenticity its hallmark. Domaine Rolet L'Étoile Blanc Chardonnay hails from the “En Novalet” plot, on grey marl soils with calcareous inclusions, imparting minerality and tension to the glass.
