The Domaine Serge Laloue Sancerre Blanc wine is crafted from grapes sourced from plots with soils composed of limestone clay, flint-silex, and sandy clays, where vines approximately 30 years old thrive. The must ferments with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine matures on its lees for several months, depending on the vintage.

Siblings Franck and Christine Laloue are responsible for continuing the legacy of their father Serge Laloue and have been managing the family Domaine since 1990. They cultivate 21 hectares of vineyards in the prestigious Sancerre region, adhering to the principles of organic agriculture and employing strict yield controls to produce wines of exceptional quality that genuinely reflect the distinctive terroirs and soils of their plots. These wines, embodying the character of the Loire Valley, are also approachable and consistently impressive.
