Dr. Bürklin Wolf Riesling Trocken is a dry, biodynamic, single-variety Riesling white wine produced by the Dr. Bürklin Wolf winery in Pfalz, Germany.

Dr. Bürklin Wolf Riesling Trocken is made from grapes that come from the Wachenheim, Deidesheim and Ruppertsberger vineyards which, since 2001, have been cultivated using the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The Dr. Bürklin Wolf winery is one of the largest and most important estates in Germany and they have succeeded in marrying tradition with modernity, creating high-quality Rieslings that are rich in texture, long-living, expressive and naturally fermented.

Following plenty of hard work, Dr. Bürklin managed to classify his plots in the Burgundy style according to their climate, soil, and the quality of the grapes and wines he makes from them. His hard work paid off. The winery is now one of the pioneers in the German Riesling revival.
