Dureuil Janthial Rully Blanc Premier Cru Meix Cadots is an organic, barrel-aged white wine made by Domaine Vincent Dureuil-Janthial with the Chardonnay variety in the French denomination AOC Rully Premier Cru, in Burgundy.
 
The Dureuil-Janthial family has been making wines in Rully since the 14th century. A family winemaking tradition that has passed from parents to children, generation after generation. The Domaine has been run by Vincent Dureuil and his wife since 1994. The estate has over 20 hectares of land with plots in Côte Chalonnaise, Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. The wines they make are true Burgundy gems.
 
Dureuil Janthial Rully Blanc Premier Cru Meix Cadots comes from vineyards planted in 1980. These are old, organically cultivated vines growing in clay and limestone soils. During cultivation, there is regular tillage. No synthetic products or herbicides are used and the bunches are handled delicately and carefully.
 
Following direct pressing and static sedimentation for 24 hours, the Dureuil Janthial Rully Blanc Premier Cru Meix Cadots must ferments in barrels (25% new) for 12 months with batonnage. Before being bottled, it spends 6 months in stainless steel vats.
