Feudi di San Gregorio San Greg Rosato is a mountain rosé wine. Specifically, this wine, the result of a very gentle pressing, is made from aglianico grapes that grow at an altitude of 700 meters in Irpina, a region in southern Italy filled with hills, plains, and mountains. This variety, typical of this area, is perhaps the most consumed throughout history, as even the Greeks used it in their wines. Today, aglianico remains a fundamental component in the region of Campania, growing on marl-limestone and sandy soils, where this winery continues to perpetuate this tradition.
 
The harvest of Feudi di San Gregorio San Greg Rosato is done manually, and the grapes are gently pressed, obtaining a very clean and clear must that is transferred to stainless steel tanks where Feudi di San Gregorio San Greg Rosato ferments.
