Filipa Pato & William Wouters Dynámica Baga is a red wine, barrel made by Filipa Pato & William Wouters at DOC Bairrada, in Beiras (Portugal) with the native Baga variety.

Daughter of Luis Pato, one of the great experts of the Baga variety, Filipa Pato trained at different wineries around the world in order to return home and start her own personal project. Under the motto authentic wines without makeup, their wines originate from complete knowledge of the terroir, the climate and the vine.

Filipa Pato & William Wouters Dynámica Baga comes from vineyards situated on limestone slopes 15 km from the Atlantic Ocean. Organic and biodynamic viticulture is practiced, based on natural processing and governed by the lunar calendar. Harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripening.

In the winery, each plot of Filipa Pato & William Wouters Dynámica Baga is vinified separately. The grapes are first de-stemmed and then fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks with very little extraction and long maceration in the skins.

As its name indicates, Filipa Pato & William Wouters Dynámica Baga is a red wine which is the fruit of biodynamic principles. A unique and balanced wine which introduces us wonderfully to the Baga grape.

2018 Filipa Pato Dynámica Baga 2018 is a juicy red wine with aromas of wild red and black berries, herbal notes and subtle hints of spices. On the palate it’s light, fresh and fruity.
