About Finca A Pedreira

Finca A Pedreira is a white wine produced in Rias Baixas by Bodegas Fulcro in the subzone of Salnés, more specifically in the town of Sanxenxo, Pontevedra.

Manuel Moldes is the person behind the Fulcro winery. His vineyard is located in the Salnés subzone facing the sea, on granitic sandy soil. His philosophy to respect the grape and the environment as much as possible has led him to an eco-friendly viticulture with very little technology in the winery.

Finca A Pedreira is produced exclusively by his finca of the same name and with the Albariño variety. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and rests on its lees for 5 months without carrying out malolactic fermentation.

Finca A Pedreira is a white wine from the area, similar to those in the past, without tropical aromas, but austere, direct and salty.
