About Franck Ellner L´Indispensable Brut

When we think of celebration, the first things that come to mind are guests, exquisite cuisine... and, naturally, a toast with bubbles. This is where Franck Ellner L’Indispensable Brut makes its entrance, a champagne that not only accompanies the occasion but defines it. 

Produced by the Franck Ellner house, it is based in Mardeuil, on the western outskirts of Épernay, and relies on more than 12 hectares of its own vineyards, cultivated with the expertise of three generations of winemakers. This project arises from the perfect combination of an exceptional vineyard location, the diversity of its plots, and an unwavering respect for tradition.

Crafted from pinot noir, chardonnay, and meunier, L’Indispensable Brut blends selected base wines with a portion aged in barrels and another from previous reserves, achieving a champagne that is balanced, fresh, and complex. Its 36-month lees aging imparts depth and elegance, while a dosage of 6 g/l ensures balance and freshness in every sip.
