Gran Permont's is a brut nature cava from the D.O. Cava crafted with finesse by Conde de Valicourt. This exquisite blend comprises Macabeo (40%), Xarel·lo (40%), and Parellada (20%).
Gran Permont's, in line with the rest of Conde de Vilacourt's portfolio, is produced following a traditional method, with rigorous attention to detail and tender care throughout the winemaking process.
This brut nature cava undergoes no sugar addition at the time of disgorging.
Gran Permont's is a vivacious and approachable cava that matures for approximately 18 months prior to its release on the market.
2011 Crisp and dry, with exceptionally well-integrated carbonation and hints of citrus.
