About Habla de Ti

Habla de Ti is a white wine from V.T Extremadura produced by Bodegas Habla. This is a monovarietal of Sauvignon Blanc.

The grape for Habla de Ti grows on young vines in a 6 hectare plots of land at 450 meters above sea level, trained on cordon trellising.

The soils are sandy-loam and the climate has a large variation between day and night. This is an organic wine.

After the harvest, the grapes for Habla de Ti are quickly transported to the winery, where they ferment for 2 months in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 9-10ºC.

Finally, Habla de Ti rests in the same tanks for 5 months on its lees.

Bodegas Habla claim to give homage, with its name, to Michelangelo, architect, sculptor and Italian renaissance painter. They say when he saw the work "Moses", after seeing it, it was like he being hit by a sledgehammer, it said: "Speak!", so perfect that it seemed real.
