Koehler Ruprecht Kallstadter Kabinett Trocken is a monovarietal Riesling white wine rated as a VDP Pfalz and produced by Koehler Ruprecht.

Koehler Ruprecht is a winery located in the town of Kallstad, in the centre of Pfalz, in a manor house. In total it has about 10 hectares of vineyards and produces Rieslings that are voluminous, powerful, aromatic and mineral. The winery is run by Dominik Sona who was also able to train with Bernd Philippi, the former owner. The winery currently belongs to the Sauvage family.

Koehler Ruprecht Kallstadter Kabinett Trocken is vinified by fermenting with native yeasts and undergoes an ageing on lees in neutral foudres for 10 months.

Koehler Ruprecht Kallstadter Kabinett Trocken is a dry, monovarietal Riesling white wine with intense aromas and a pleasant acidity and minerality.
