They listen, they accompany, they trust. They practise synergistic agriculture, inspired by the wisdom of nature and respect for all living beings in the ecosystem.

And that respect is felt in L'Archetipo Litrotto Bianco Puglia, a vibrant and genuine white wine, made from local varieties such as verdeca, falanghina, marchione, and fiano. Grapes grown on soils rich in humus and siliceous gravels, spontaneously fermented in steel, without filtration or fining, and refined on lees for 5-6 months, with gentle stirring that adds texture and depth.
