The winery L’Archetipo, managed by the Dibenedetto family, exemplifies a commitment to synergistic agriculture, a practice that respects and enhances the life of the soil, vines, and ecosystem. Since the 1980s, Francesco Valentino and his family have guided the winery from organic farming to biodynamic and finally to synergistic methods, eliminating invasive practices such as ploughing and preserving the land's vitality so that each grape can reach its fullest natural expression.

L’Archetipo Spumante Brut Nature Marasco Salento is crafted from the white grape maresco, indigenous to Puglia, hand-cultivated on free-standing trellises over sandstone and gravel soils rich in humus. The spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, its ageing on lees, and minimal intervention in the winery reveal an elegant, fresh, and authentic sparkling wine, with fine bubbles that reflect the purity of the ancestral method and the unique personality of the grape variety.
