Les Vignes de Bila-Haut Rouge is a young red wine made with Syrah, Grenache and Cariñena from Côtes-du-Roussillon-Vilages produced by Domaine de Bila-Haut, for M. Chapoutier.

Domaine de Bila-Haut, is the project in theAgly Valley by Michel Chapouter. M. Chapoutier is a restless and famous oenologist from Burgundy operating several wineries in France, Portugal and Australia.

The bunches for Les Vignes de Bila-Haut Rouge come from plots located on high slopes of the Agly Valley, and are harvested manually. Once in the cellar, they are completely destemmed and fermented for between 2 and 4 weeks.

Les Vignes de Bila-Haut Rouge is a fresh and fruity wine with herbal and mineral touches. A wine that is an expression of the terroir and of the varieties with which it has been produced.
