This illustrious region in the northern part of Burgundy has sustained its unmatched quality despite a decline in production over the past century. Louis Latour, with more than two centuries of expertise in cultivating vineyards in this area, is an authentic connoisseur in recognizing the excellence of its terroirs. As custodians of some of the finest vineyards in the region, they boast a collection of wines that are the quintessence of Chablis, with 30 of them classified as Grand Cru.

We invite you to explore the artistry and passion behind Louis Latour, as you surrender to the enchantment of this Louis Latour Chablis 1er Cru. A single-varietal Chardonnay crafted from 35-year-old vines rooted in privileged limestone soil and cultivated using responsible farming practices. In the winery, the meticulously selected and destemmed grapes are gently pressed, and the resultant juice undergoes traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Full malolactic fermentation is carried out, and finally, the wine is matured in these same vessels for 8-10 months.
