Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Brut Nature Rosat is a sparkling wine made by the María Casanovas winery with the Pinot Noir variety in the heart of the D.O. Cava (Sant Sadurní d'Anoia).

Maria Casanovas is a small winery founded by the Casanovas family in 1984 in the town of Sant Jaume Sesoliveres (Barcelona). Named after the family matriarch, they make unique, different and very original coupages.

The grapes used to make the Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Brut Nature Rosat wine are taken from the 9 hectares of vineyards that Maria Casanovas owns around the winery. A cava made entirely from the Pinot Noir variety cultivated using traditional agriculture which makes best use of the Mediterranean climate.

After a meticulous selection of the best grapes, the Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Brut Nature Rosat must is vinified to create the best base wine for aging. Using the traditional method, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle for a minimum of 18 months and without adding sugar to the expedition liqueur.

Using the Pinot Noir variety as the star of the show, Maria Casanovas Pinot Noir Brut Nature Rosat is an elegant rosé wine that provides the perfect refreshing drink for any occasion.
