About Baudili Orange

Ramon Jané Viticultor  embraces the unconventional, celebrating it wholeheartedly. Indeed, their Baudili range was created for this very purpose: to introduce natural wine to those seeking freshness, authenticity, and a well-understood sense of rebellion. Baudili Orange is a new chapter in this journey: an orange wine with the soul and character of a restless Mediterranean.
 
Founded in 2006 by Ramon Jané and Mercè Cuscó in Les Gunyoles d’Avinyonet (Barcelona), the winery inherits the agrarian legacy of the Penedès and possesses an unyielding desire to experiment. With roots tracing back to the 17th century and a vision set on the future, they craft honest organic and natural wines, always with respect for the environment and local varieties.
 
Baudili Orange is born from a unique blend of macabeo, xarel·lo vermell, parellada, and moscatel, fermented with their skins and aged on lees for eight months. No filtration or embellishments: just fruit, landscape, and a subtle saline touch that imparts an irresistible personality.
