Cava Miquel Pons originates in the heart of Penedès (Catalonia, Spain), the result of a family that has been cultivating vines with love and respect for over 200 years. Since 1992, they have combined tradition and modernity, committed to organic viticulture, minimal intervention, and the revival of indigenous varieties, with the aim of expressing the terroir in all its richness and complexity, always maintaining a character that is approachable, sincere, and full of personality.
 
Miquel Pons 77 Veremes Negre is a red wine made from Garnacha, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 6 to 8 months in French oak barrels ranging from 1 to 4 years old, seeking a delicate balance between fresh fruit and subtle woody notes. It comes from old vines over 60 years old, carefully selected and organically cultivated, ensuring a structured, harmonious, and authentically Mediterranean wine.
