The star is Morasinsi Quarantacalici Rosso Bag in Box 5L, crafted 100% from the indigenous nero di Troia grape, a noble and unconventional variety, grown in calcareous soils that impart freshness and minerality.

This unfiltered and unclarified red wine retains the natural quality of the grape and spontaneous fermentation, honouring its vibrant and youthful character. Additionally, ageing in concrete tanks on fine lees adds texture and depth, without losing a shred of the wine's natural essence.
