About Muchada-Léclapart Vibrations

Muchada-Léclapart Vibrations is an orange wine made with the Palomino variety by Muchada-Léclapart in Cádiz, Andalusia (Spain).

When Alejandro Muchada, an architecture student who was going to do the grape harvest in Champagne, learnt about the project of the cult winemaker David Léclapart, he entered the fascinating world of wine and became a faithful defender of biodynamics. Together they create Muchada-Léclapart, a project that gets the best from the southern sun and its fascinating albariza soils.

Muchada-Léclapart Vibrations comes from an abandoned plot with chalky soils and 50-year-old vines. Completely biodynamic agriculture is practiced, based on the theories of Rudolf Steiner, founder of anthroposophy. For this purpose, preparations with medicinal plants are used and the influence of the stars is taken into account for each of the works carried out.

Muchada-Léclapart Vibrations ferments spontaneously in the cellar with native yeasts and then ages on lees in used French oak barrels for 12 months. There are no rectifications and the wine is bottled without filtering or stabilization.

Muchada-Léclapart Vibrations is an original and surprising wine that combines the wisdom of Champagne with the strength of the Andalusian albariza. A saline, elegant orange wine with a very promising marked personality.

 

2021

Muchada-Léclapart Vibrations 2021 is an enchanting orange wine, distinguished by its ethereal lightness and nuanced fragrances. Upon olfactory examination, it unfurls apricot and citrus notes, interwoven with a hint of white blossoms. On the palate, its barely-there tannins and delightful astringency meld with a distinctive salinity, a testament to the Albariza terroir from which it hails. This youthful wine is an exemplar of refinement and a well-defined character, ideal for those in pursuit of a vibrant and aromatic experience.
2018

Muchada-Léclapart Vibrations 2018 is an orange wine profiled with powerful aromas of spices, orange peel and mineral touches. On the palate it’s fresh, textured and saline. A wine with bright acidity, toasted notes and hints of nuts.
