About Origami Wines Mysti Syrah

Mysti is a young red wine from the IO Montsant, located in the Priorat region in the province of Tarragona. Mysiti is prepared by the Berdie Cava Project, a champagne and wine producer in the region of Penedes since the 80s. Mysti is made from the Syrah variety, from vines over 15 years old which are harvested manually.

Before fermentation occurs, maceration takes place for 15 days. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Finally, aging is done in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Best served at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.

2012 Warm and cool, its route is silky and marked by high fruity sensations, with a very balanced acidity and fluxes, mature and very pleasant tannins. Fruity aftertaste and roasted notes.

Cherry red with garnet, clean and bright hues.

Intense aromas of ripe black fruit, blackberries, figs and cherries in liqueur, well conjugated with hints of liquorice, floral notes, violets and seductive roasted aromas of coffee, chocolate, and a minty background.
2011 It is a warm and fresh wine, with a silky mid palate marked by a highly fruity sensation, with a very well integrated acidity and melted, mature, very pleasant tannins. Fruity and roasted are noticed at retro-olfaction. Round tasty wine, with an ideal value (and pleasure) for money.

Beautiful and intense cherry colour with violet reflections. Clean and bright.

It shows an intense aroma of very ripe black fruits, blackberries, figs and cherries in liqueur with liquorice reminiscences, floral notes, violets and seductive roasted hints, coffee, chocolate, on a mentholated background.
2010 A warming and fresh wine. Silky on the palate with a high concentration of fruit and a very balanced acidity. Ripe, melting tannins, very enjoyable. Fruity and toasted notes felt at retro-olfaction. A round, appetising wine, fantastic value for money.

Pretty and intense picota cherry colour with violet tones. Clean and bright.

Intense aromas of ripe black fruit, blackberries, figs and picota cherries in liqueur, well balanced with nuances of liquorice, floral notes, violets and appetising roasted notes of coffee and chocolate, all upon a mineral background.
