About Naverán Perles Blanques

Naverán Perles Blanques Millesimé Brut is a cava produced by the winery Naverán in the D.O Cava. The winery is located in Torrelavit (Barcelona), in the centre of Alt Penedès.

Naverán Perles Blanques Millesimé Brut is produced from the varieties Pinot Noir Blanc and Chardonnay.

For its production both varieties are fermented in stainless steel containers at a very low temperature in order to maintain the wine's aromas.

Subsequently, Naverán Perles Blanques Millesimé Brut receives a second fermentation in the bottle where it is aged for 24 months.

2016 Naveran Perles Blanques 2016 is a lusciously creamy sparkling wine, brimming with delectable scents of ripe white and yellow fruits, herbaceous undertones, and hints of fine patisserie. On the palate, it is refined, velvety, and sophisticated. This cava boasts seamlessly integrated effervescence, a robust acidity, and a persistent finish.
2012 Fine, pleasant and unctuous. Very good acidity. Passing is fruity and oaky. Persistent finish.

Pale yellow with greenish hues

Complex and elegant with aromas of vegetables and fruits. Light notes of time spent in the barrel.
2006 Oily, personal, with nerve and pleasant, clear notes of perceived parenting on lees. Persistent and complex aftertaste.

Bright pale yellow, with hints of yellow and green. Good training of beads and crown.

Peculiar and pleasant aroma, powerful and refined, fruity character, with light notes varietal breeding.
