About Oloroso Tradición VORS

Oloroso Tradición VORS is a sherry from the D.O Jerez produced by the Tradición winery. This is a single variety sherry, using only the Palomino Fino grape variety.

Oloroso Tradición VORS undergoes oxidative ageing for 45 years, and at no point during production does it come in contact with flor. The Soleras used are very old, dating back to the 18th Century. The result: a long, corpulent and smooth sherry that never loses elegance. Only 5,000 bottles of this sherry are produced per year.

The Oloroso is an excellent variety of Sherry, offering a mahogany or amber colour, smooth with great vigour in the mouth. The ageing process is always carried out using the Solera system.

The Tradición winery has a great history and experience in the world of wine. If you ever have the chance, you simply must visit their facilities, where one can taste sherrys and wines that have been aged for over 20 or 30 years, surrounded by the works of Goya, El Greco, Murillo, Picasso and many more. Definitely a luxury.
