Palacio de Bornos Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine from Rueda, prepared by Palacio de Bornos, a Castilian-Leonese winery located in the municipality of La Seca, Valladolid. Palacio de Bornos has been dedicated to making wine since 1870.

Palacio de Bornos Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes come from the winery's vineyards planted on gravelly and stony soils.

The climate under which the vines are grown is characterised by extreme temperatures, a continental climate typical of Rueda. Thus, large temperature fluctuations occur between day and night, and long, cold winters and hot dry summers.

To prepare Palacio de Bornos Sauvignon Blanc a harvest and manual selection take place. Subsequently, the wine undergoes a cold maceration before fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
