In the realm of wine, certain surnames are etched into history, and Chavy is undoubtedly one of them. Hailing from Meursault, this family has made a significant mark on Burgundy. Following the division of the family winery in 2003, Jean-Louis Chavy took over the vineyards of Puligny-Montrachet, and today his son, Paul Chavy, is taking up the mantle with a fresh and innovative approach.
Since 2020, Paul has been leading his own négociant branch, where he has brought to life iconic wines such as Bourgogne Blanc, Saint-Aubin Premier Cru, and Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru. His training in the family winery, combined with his desire to imprint his unique vision, has propelled him to become one of the most promising and prestigious négociants in the region. He achieves this by staying true to the great Chavy legacy while infusing a modern style that bridges tradition and creativity.

Crafted from grapes of the Côte de Beaune, grown in limestone-rich soils, every step of its vinification reflects an unwavering pursuit of excellence.
