Pepe Mendoza Casa Agrícola Blanco is a white wine produced by Casa Agrícola in the Alicante area with the Mediterranean varieties moscatel, macabeo and airén.

Pepe Mendoza Casa Agrícola is the personal project of the man who has been the oenologist of the Enrique Mendoza family winery for 25 years; a career that stands out for a commitment to varieties of Mediterranean origin, organic techniques and small-scale craft productions with a clear D.O. Alicante character.

The moscatel, macabeo and airén varieties of Pepe Mendoza Casa Agrícola Blanco are cultivated in a sustainable way in different plots in Alicante, located in the coastal area (Marina Alta) and inland area (Alto Vinalopó). A traditional agriculture that, together with the Mediterranean climate, manages to extract the best of each of the varieties.

In the winery, Pepe Mendoza Casa Agrícola Blanco is vinified with the stems in small 5,000 litre tanks at a constant temperature of 15ºC, without exogenous yeasts or enzymes. It remains in contact with the lees until it is bottled, and a minimum dosage of sulphite is used.

Pepe Mendoza Casa Agrícola Blanco is a fresh and friendly wine that evokes a privileged place bathed by the sun and caressed by the Mediterranean Sea breezes.

Pepe Mendoza Casa Agrícola Blanco 2021 is an aromatic white wine with citrus undertones and orange zest, hints of jasmine and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is crisp, full-bodied, and refined. A vernal wine with excellent acidity and breadth.
