About Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección

There is no greater commitment to the long-term than that of a family business. This is evidenced by the Hermanos Pérez Pascual. Three siblings who, convinced of the immense potential their father Mauro bequeathed them in the family vineyard in Pedrosa de Duero, in Burgos (Castile and León), felt empowered to craft their own wines, capturing the family's fine craftsmanship.

Among the masterful creations they produce under the D.O. Ribera del Duero, Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección stands as their pinnacle achievement. A monovarietal of Tinto Fino that is only made in exceptional vintages and comes from ancient vines over 80 years old, planted on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 840 meters above sea level. In the winery, traditional vinification is conducted with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging for 26 months in American and French oak barrels. Ultimately, the wine is bottle-aged for 36 months prior to its release into the market.
