About Pizarras de Otero Rosado

This sentiment perfectly encapsulates Pizarra de Otero Rosado, a rosé from the D.O Bierzo (nestled in the heart of the Sil Valley, at the northwestern tip of the autonomous community of Castilla y León), crafted by the Cuatro Pasos winery. 
 
Pizarra de Otero Rosado, made from mencía grapes, aims to preserve its full aromatic potential. To achieve this, the winery employs pre-fermentation macerations (lasting between 12 and 14 hours) and cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
