About Ritme +Ritme

Ritme blanc is a white wine by bodega Ritme produced in the D.O. Priorat with White Grenache (70%) and Macabeo (30%) grapes.
The grapes come from old vines aged between 20 and 80 years old, planted in licorella soils (fine slate) at an altitude of between 300 and 650 metres.
The harvest is carried out by hand and the grapes go through a cold maceration for 2 days to extract as much character from the grape as possible. It ferments for 3 months in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats. This wine ages on its lees for 11 months.
2022 Ritme Blanco 2022 is a true gem of the region. On the nose, it reveals irresistible aromas of green apple and ripe pears, intertwined with subtle hints of white flowers. At the first sip, its entry captivates with a pleasant creaminess, like a gentle caress that envelops the palate. Its fresh and vibrant journey unveils a wine of elegant character, culminating in a long finish that invites you to another encounter. This vintage has been particularly successful, with an exceptional balance between freshness and maturity, thanks to the ideal conditions of that year. Highly recommended for its thrilling complexity and ability to enliven any occasion.
2018 Ritme Blanc 2018 is a luscious white wine boasting ripe aromas of white and yellow fruit, hints of wildflowers, and subtle mineral nuances. On the palate, it is rich, velvety, and all-encompassing. It exhibits seamlessly integrated acidity and culminates in a prolonged and delightful finish.
