About Sinzero Sparkling Chardonnay

When a dancer performs, her movements are light, graceful, and harmonious. This very essence defines the alcohol-free wines of Sinzero. For Andrés Duval and Cecilia Prat, the founders of the brand, inspiration stemmed from a personal transformation: after deciding to give up alcohol and travelling through Europe, they discovered that they could create their own 0.0% wines without sacrificing the pleasure and sophistication of a fine toast. Thus, Sinzero was born, with its iconic connection to dancers.

Sinzero Sparkling Chardonnay epitomises this philosophy. Originating from the sun-drenched vineyards of Valle del Maipo, Chile, its grapes are meticulously hand-harvested. The vinification process is delicate, designed to preserve the fruity aromas: first, a gentle pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature and a second fermentation in the bottle. Afterwards, the wine is dealcoholised using the innovative SSC technology (Spinning Cone Column), a method that keeps its aromas and flavours intact, ensuring a fresh and vibrant character. Finally, maturation in modern stainless steel tanks further refines its purity and expression.

The result is an alcohol-free wine that honours the essence of the traditional process, without losing a single note of its identity. Sinzero Sparkling Chardonnay is a toast without compromise: elegant, effervescent, and full of life, much like the lightness of the dancers who inspire it.
