In a sunlit corner of Sencelles, Mallorca, the Llabrés family's passion was born to explore how French varieties could adapt to the Mediterranean climate. From those early experiments beneath an ancient carob tree to the establishment of a modern winery in 2004, each bottle of Son Prim is the result of decades of curiosity, care, and love for the land.

The Son Prim winery blends tradition with modernity: low-yield vines, rigorous grape selection, cold fermentation, and barrels that honour the fruit's essence.
