Taille aux Loups Triple Zero is a sparkling wine with fine bubbles and delicate aromas of white fruit, citrus and white flowers. On the palate it is dry, vibrant and pure. A slightly citrusy sparkling wine with a long and slightly saline finish.

About Taille aux Loups Triple Zero

Taille aux Loups Triple Zero is a natural sparkling wine made with the Chenin Blanc variety by Jacky Blot in the AOC Mountlouis-sur-loire, in the Loire region (France).
 
Domaine de la Taille Aux Loups is owned by Jacky Blot, a pioneer winegrower in organic agriculture who is just as skilled with red as with white grapes. The winery lies on the banks of the Loire and Cher rivers and produces some of the most intense, balanced and delicious wines in the area. 
 
Taille aux Loups Triple Zero comes from old vines planted in calcareous soils. These are certified organic vineyards cultivated using only organic treatments and no chemicals. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness. 
 
The Taille aux Loups Triple Zero grapes ferment spontaneously in oak barrels and, when there is still some residual sugar, the must is transferred to the bottle to finish fermentation and develop fine bubbles. Finally, the wine ages on its lees for 24 months before disgorgement.
 
As the name “Triple Zero” suggests, Taille aux Loups Triple Zero is a natural sparkling wine made without chaptalisation, no liqueur de tirage and no expedition liqueur.
