This sophisticated champagne embodies the philosophy of a family that, since 1932, has established Taittinger as one of the most prestigious champagnes in the world. Although their production reaches the staggering figure of five million bottles, the maison continues to operate as true artisans of the vineyard, tending to each plot and every cluster with almost ritualistic dedication.

The Taittinger Brut Réserve contained in this case is the result of sustainable and meticulous viticulture, with vineyards of chardonnay, pinot meunier, and pinot noir certified as Haute Valeur Environnementale and traditional techniques that honour the land: horse ploughing, cover crops, and a complete absence of herbicides. Harvesting is done by hand, and each plot is pressed individually to ensure pure, fine musts perfect for ageing.

But the enchantment continues in the cellar, where every Monday the Tasting Committee envisions the wine's future before its second fermentation, blending with intuition and expertise a champagne that will rest for a minimum of three years on lees to achieve its characteristic balance, elegance, and aromatic expression.
